Cochin Port Trust invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from willing investors with experience in port, shipping or logistics business for development of a port based project on PPP / Landlord model at NCB berth and backup area which will help bringing cargo and vessel traffic to the Cochin Port. Interested parties are free and encouraged to offer any innovative business suggestion/solution, provided, the proposed venture contributes to increasing business through Cochin Port.Projects like establishing warehouse / tank farms/ bulk cargo storage silos or any other business/facilities that brings cargo & vessel traffic to Cochin Port Trust will be entertained.The parties are open to consider any other berths besides NCB depending on their assessment of business potential.
