The quotation shall cover the scope of work as below;
(i) all breakdown maintenance calls including replacement of
components/parts,
(ii) preventive maintenance at least once in 4 months
(iii) support for hardware related issues except consumables.
The rate shall be inclusive of all taxes but excluding GST, which shall be
