Tender Num:MD/PMW/Rate contract for Hiring of 17 Ton Mobile Crane/2026

Tender Description:

Hiring One Number mobile Crane of lifting capacity of not less than17 Tons having sufficient boom length with operator/fuel etc and all valid statutory certificates for one year or until the CoPA’s MHC becomes operational, whichever is earlier. Terms & Conditions enumerated in the attached RFQ.  (wire/web slings for lifting will be supplied by CoPA) (normal working time between 8.30 AM to 4.00 PM).

The bidder shall quote the lowest lump sum minimum hire charges for initial One hour in a day and also quote additional hourly charges in the same day separately excluding GST for the above rate contract of crane hiring. Any additional hours worked beyond one hour in the same day will be paid additional as per the hourly rate quoted by the vender. 

Quotation should be sent in sealed cover to the under signed in the below mentioned prescribed price schedule format itself signed with seal, so as to reach on or before11.00 Hrs on 20-04-2026.  The quotations will be opened at 11.30 Hrs on the same day.
