MINIMUM  QUALIFICATION CRITERIA (MQC): Tenderer must fulfill the   flowing minimum qualifying criteria to prove the techno-commercial competence and submit the documents in support thereof:

1 Firms shall have undertaken similar works ie. Steel Fabrication, repair and welding works in floating crafts/shipyards/ports/ power plants/petrochemical industries/process industries and any other reputed industries, during the last seven years ending 31.12.2019, as follows:

2 Three numbers of completed contract works, each single contract costing not less than Rs.10.26 lakhs.

OR

3 Two numbers of completed contract works, each single contract costing not less  than Rs.12.83 lakhs.

OR

4. One number of completed contract work costing not less than Rs.20.53 lakhs.

5. Copies of supply/work orders/work completion certificate from clients for proving MQC stated above should be submitted along with the tender.

6 Average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should not be less than Rs.7.7 lakhs during the last three (3) years, taken together ending 31st March 2018. The details shall be furnished in Schedule C.  Copy of auditor’s report along with balance sheets for the past three years should be enclosed along with the tender.
