This system brings intervention free environment with transparency in allotment of Port lands to the users/customers/stakeholders and also ensure speed and accuracy in the transaction of allotment of land.
Cochin Port Welcomes Port Users. Cochin Port Trust has 192 acres of vacant land.
Port users who can assure a minimum guaranteed traffic through Cochin Port Trust by way of Imports or exports are welcome to apply for the lease of the land. Leases are usually available for up to 30 years at a time.
