ENGAGING A THIRD PARTY CERTIFICATION CUM SURVEY AGENCY FOR MONITORING THE MAINTENANCE DREDGING FOR THE YEAR 2021-22 AT COCHIN PORT [LIMITED TENDER]
Electronic tenders (e-tenders) on lumpsum basis in two stage bidding (Technical Bid & Price Bid) are invited for “Engaging a Third Party Certification Cum Survey Agency for Monitoring the Maintenance Dredging for the Year 2021-22 at Cochin Port”, from the list of consultants empanelled by Indian Ports Association (IPA) for ‘1(d): Dredging Works’ under Group I Projects as well as from the firms who were earlier involved in the monitoring of dredging works/ nautical depth study in Cochin Port
i. Monitoring the dredging activity on board the dredgers round the clock on 24x7 basis and certification of the dredging method, location, volume, performance of dredgers and shortfalls in the performance of dredging work for maintenance of channels and berth basins at Cochin Port as per the tender conditions
ii. Monitoring, witnessing and certifying all bathymetric fortnightly and weekly surveys as per the tender conditions
iii. Submission of periodical and final reports,
iv. Providing manpower as detailed IN THE TENDER for the above assignment
Minimum Qualification Criteria: Minimum Qualification Criteria for Experience (MQC) as detailed below, shall be met by the bidders for short listing.
“The firms having experience of successfully completed the assignments as Project Management Consultants / Third party certification Agency for monitoring of Dredging (Capital / Maintenance ) works of either of the following during last 7 years ending 28th February 2021 shall be considered as eligible firms for opening the price bids”.
(i) Three Dredging Works, EACH work either costing not less than Rs. 295.92 Million or involving in situ dredging quantity of not less than 7.20 Million cum.
OR
(ii) Two Dredging Works, EACH work either costing not less than Rs.394.56 Million or involving in situ dredging quantity of not less than 9.60 Million cum.
OR
(iii) One Dredging Work either costing not less than Rs.591.84 Million or involving in situ dredging quantity of not less than 14.40 Million cum.
