PreQualification Criteria
- The bidder should be a single legal entity registered in India as a company under the Indian Companies Act or a Partnership firm registered under the Partnership Act of 1932 or a proprietorship firm or a Hindu Undivided Family (HUF)
- The bidder shall have valid PAN/GST registration and Registered email id for the purpose of carrying out the transactions and communications.
- The bidder shall have a valid Import Export Code.
- The average annual turnover for the last three years of the bidder shall not be less than the Scrip value.
